キャンセルポリシー / Cancellation Policy

当教室は少人数制で運営しており、食材や会場準備の都合上、ご予約確定後のキャンセル・日程変更につきましては、下記のとおりキャンセル料を申し受けます。

Our classes are conducted in small groups. As ingredients and venue arrangements are prepared in advance, the following cancellation policy applies once a reservation has been confirmed.

1.キャンセル料について／Cancellation Fees

開催日の7日前まで：無料※

開催日の6日前〜4日前まで：参加費の50％※

開催日の3日前〜当日まで：参加費の100％※

More than 7 days before the class date: *No charge

6 to 4 days before the class date: *50% of the participation fee

3 days before the class date through the day of the class: *100% of the participation fee

※日程変更の場合も、同様のキャンセルポリシーが適用されます。
*The same policy applies to requests for rescheduling.

2.ご返金について／Refund Policy

サービスの性質上、提供後の返品・返金はお受けできません。

Due to the nature of the service, refunds cannot be provided after the class has been delivered.

3.遅刻について／Late Arrival

開始時間に遅れる場合は、必ず事前にご連絡をお願いいたします。
ご到着時間によっては、一部内容を短縮してご案内する場合がございます。
また、大幅な遅刻やご連絡のない場合は、当日キャンセル扱いとなることがございます。

If you expect to arrive late, please contact us in advance.
Depending on your arrival time, some parts of the class may need to be shortened.
Significant delays or failure to contact us may be treated as a same-day cancellation.

4.当教室都合による中止について／ Cancellation by Geo-Cooking Class TERRE

天災、交通機関の大幅な乱れ、講師の急病、その他やむを得ない事情により開催を中止する場合は、日程の振替または全額返金にて対応いたします。

If the class must be canceled due to natural disasters, major transportation disruptions, instructor illness, or other unavoidable circumstances, we will offer either a rescheduled class or a full refund.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

本ポリシーの日本語版と英語版の内容に相違がある場合は、日本語版を正本とし、日本語版の内容を優先します。

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Japanese and English versions of this policy, the Japanese version shall prevail.
